Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Edikted UK pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid Royal Mail return label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any local Post Office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
